1. Help Desk and Quality Assurance Analyst
Department:  IT

The AdTrack Corporation, an established leader in Customer Acquisition Management, has an immediate opening for an experienced Help Desk Professional. Full or part-time hours will be considered.

Summary: Manages issue tracking and software QA releases. This is the front-line support position for all internal PC users and second-tier support for intermittent customer issues with responsibility for conducting thorough analysis and appropriate routing of all issues. The position also oversees QA procedures during software release cycles.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Requests for network access issues such as password resets and unlocks.
  • User account management for Active Director, Exchange and system application accounts.
  • Assistance with desktop applications and operating systems, including basic email functionality.
  • Dial-up and network connectivity difficulty.
  • Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with non-standard issues and problems.
  • Routes, escalates and follows up on service requests to appropriate support team.
  • Shares knowledge and experience with other team members to supplement collective knowledge base.
  • Prepares process and procedure documentation as needed.
  • Plays role in the development/training, especially during QA and release cycles.
  • Conducts System Investigation Requests related to application systems.
  • Promotes developer code into production during release cycles.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years experience in technical help-desk support including system administration.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Exchange.
  • Experience in conducting business analysis and trouble-shooting business applications.
  • Understanding of software code migration.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written skills, systemic ability, technical curiosity, and self-motivation.
  • A great customer service attitude.

2. SQL Server Database Administrator
Department:  IT

The AdTrack Corporation, an established leader in Customer Acquisition Management, has an immediate opening for an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator. Full or part-time hours will be considered. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist application development teams on custom-built software applications
  • Provide QA and testing support, including code migration
  • Provide oversight on database performance and trouble-shooting
  • Establish and implement effective database security policies
  • Install, configure and maintain application software that supports development
  • Manage db restores and coordinate backup requirements
  • Ability to respond trouble-shoot and manage production support issues
  • Experience in creating reporting and mirrored environments
  • Experience with SQL DB Upgrades a plus
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written skills, systematic ability, technical curiosity, and self-motivation

The successful candidate will have:
  • MS-SQL 2000 experience required
  • 3-5 years database analyst-related experience
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes
  • Ability to respond trouble-shoot and manage production support issues
  • Experience in creating reporting and mirrored environments
  • Experience with SQL DB Upgrades a plus

3. French Speaking Customer Service Representative, Part-Time
Department:  Contact Center

The AdTrack Corporation, an established leader in Customer Acquisition Management, has an immediate opening for a French-speaking customer service representative in our Contact Center. This is a part-time position. No selling is involved.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Must be able to speak French fluently.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be accurate, detail oriented, punctual, and reliable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous Contact Center experience is preferred, but not required.
